Purchased a head unit, 2 available was indicated on the page , ordered , paid for , booked in for fitting at local car hifi shop only to be informed 4 days later , we don't actually have any of those but a £130 upgrade was in stock , had to cancel fitting and had to call twice to sort out a refund .
