I ordered some Panasonic marine speakers with Car Audio Centre. I payed and it turned out they weren't in stock and Panasonic couldn't give an eta for delivery. I contacted customer service at Car Audio Centre and they offered me an alternative straight away. Unfortunately, these wouldn't fit my needs so they processed a refund immediately. No waiting. I received it within the hour. Absolutely fantastic customer service and as a result I will be using this company in the future.

The service I experienced from this company was disappointing to say the very least. I placed an order on a Sunday for a head unit which was showing in stock and booked the following Friday off work to fit it. On the Monday I got an automated email telling me there was an issue with my order, when I was finally able to call during my lunch break I was informed that the item I ordered was not in stock and was disconnected, why someone couldn’t just contact me to let me know this themselves instead of leaving it to me to contact them after an impersonal automated email I don’t know! So I felt the need to check out the recommended alternative head unit before proceeding so at the time I expressed my concerns regarding the timing where I was told not to worry as if I could confirm by the next day I would receive it no later than Thursday, no worries! Anyway so I confirmed the order of the replacement unit on the Tuesday, long story short after not receiving any further communication to confirm the orders shipment and after phoning every day to chase it through it transpires that they didn’t even ship the order until the Friday. What adds further insult to injury is that I was lied to through the entire process that the order was being shipped immediately when the tracking details on both the order website and Royal Mail tracking paints a very different picture. Needless to say I’d booked the day off in vain. Very poor service when the website boasted a 48 hour turn around.

Quite poor customer service
I ordered a Pioneer head unit, some focal speakers and other bits and pieces... waited over two weeks for nothing to arrive and, when I finally managed to get through to someone, I was told the head unit had been discontinued and nobody had bothered to get in touch. The only redemption was my refund was actioned quickly, but not before trying to upsell me to a more expensive, with less features, Alpine unit. I know there have been problems with getting electronics equipment recently and would have completely understood if someone had let me know.

Still waiting, zero contact have paid for my Double din unit, chased it twice by email & also phoned, communication seems to be one way, shame as I have used them many a time but this is annoying, maybe they will respond to this and we can pop their review up where it belongs, happy to do that but based on their response, this has saddened me to do this as I like positiveness in life this really is not be, hope to hear back from them and get my unit that I have already paid for !!.

To be honest i never use this company again !!! i bought some equipment from online shop and email send it by them it show me just one item ordered but when i check my paypal account i was charged twice , so when i contacted customer service i find out that it must be my fault that two orders was placed even email show just one item was purchased. So i didn't argue and i have requested refund but there is no free returns available so i have to paid for dpd to deliver item back. Address provided on the email from them not available so have to call customer service again to clarify address !! Finally parcel send it and confirmation of delivery received but nothing since then!! Again phone call customer service and guy over phone told me that he will chase this for me and i will receive email... but nothing since. Unless they get 1000 returns and my parcel still somewhere in the warehouse i still dont know when i will receive refund. AVOID this company !!!

Ordered a simple set of speakers on the 5th July apparently delivered in 2-4 days. It’s now the 22nd and nothing. Each Customer service advisor makes up a new excuse.
