My wife got me a Snooper speed checker for my birthday. On the first day I used it I dropped it and smashed the screen, I didn't want my wife to know, so I ordered one from Car Audio Centre, and it came before she knew my old one was missing. My wife now thinks the one I got from Car Audio Centre is the one she got me, So can I send a big thank you to you all, you have saved my neck, Thanks again, Phil Dady.

Awful customer service. Last week I had an order foe next working day delivery, I've made early in morning, before business hours. I've received the confirmation email quickly, then around 5pm that day the tracking number as well. two days later no update on Royal mail tracker, so I raised a complaint. The answer was blaming on the royal mail and giving an estimate delivery for 4-5 days later... less than 2 hours after, RM tracker updated with a parcel received note... Contacted Royal mail about it and I've been told they didn't get the item prior to that day. CAC refused to refund the extra charges for the delivery at first, and did not even react to my second complaint.
