I received a very good service off the car audio centre but the snooper dvr is a great dash cam but the speed alerts are not very good at all and it speed camera alert button well it does not work am have driver and get about and av used it for 6 weeks or so and it’s been updated not worth the money but the service was great thanks CAC

One good experience, one bad. 2nd order never arrived as it was out of stock, so an error with their website, refunded the money. Told me they had sent an email informing me of such, but I did not receive it and not in junk mail. Has to call up to find out what had happened. Also think they should not spam people with multiple emails asking how you the product was when it was never delivered.

Ordered a car radio, 1 week later no notification of of item bring dispatched, rang customer service, they said it's on back order, and an email was sent to me to confirm this, (no email received and still no email received after phone call). It did not say out of stock on the website. Very disappointing. Later saw that Dynamic sounds selling the same item cheaper with the DAB antenna included. On car audio center not included.

Inventory is a joke, then stated a building had burnt down, you need tonstop doing online purchases if you can not keep.an upto date record of your stock. Inform something has been despatched, then on back order for Friday then still not in stock and still waiting. Car can not be sold u till items arrive and installed. Seriously is a joke at the moment, with covid you would think these issues would not arrise
