Selling something that they dont have in stock... not good. Took over a week to tell me it's no longer available then took nearly another week before they sent it. Still have not got item. Would I order from this company again....no probably not.

Terrible Service! Ordered a fitting kit on the 11th... Today is now the `13th, still showing as 'processing'. Called on the 12th asking when it would be dispatched. Got a lady on the phone who couldnt care less telling me "it looks all good".... what is all good?? I asked when it was going to be dispatched, she said she would ask "the team" and make sure it was dispatched..... one day later still no movement. Ordered Cancelled. 1st and last time I will use this outfit 'The UK's number one independant car audio retailer'.... yea right. *** EDIT 23/05/2021 EDIT**** Since leaving this review Car Audio Center have tried to flag this review as false!!! Provided order number and everything!! If you put this much effort into customer service than trying to get genuine reviews removed you would be doing well!! **Edit to the pitiful response** Thats all you have to say?? saying I am not genuine?? Not even acknowledging the terrible service you provided?? Your report to trustpilot was I wasnt a customer not a duplicate review ( Which I corrected as you spammed both my accounts for a review) get your story straight. **Edit AGAIN 18/6/21** You people are persisitant. STILL trying to flag my review as false. The duplicate was deleted weeks ago. This review has been verified as true. I had to provide order numbers and debit card statements. Again shame you didnt even show 5% of the effort you have put into trying to get my review removed than you did with my order.

Order made on the 06/05/21 paid for next day delivery I finally get the order on the 12/05/21 so much next day delivery from them. They don't refund the cost of the next day delivery. Number of calls to costume service, only get we look into it and get no body gets back in touch with you. You don't even get a sorry about your order. I shall not be ordering from them ever again Very bad service and costumer care”
