Was told that having fitted an Alpine car radio in the main cabin of my boat I couldn't expect the Alpine Remote control to work as it was in a boat not a car. Also that Alpine Remotes don't really work with Alpine radios. He wouldn't accept that the radio could be faulty and refuse to accept a return. In addition the 'support' person was quite rude and hung up when I debated the point. Still waiting for a supervisor to get back to me.
