My family and I chipped in to buy a double din screen stereo for my sister. Purchased the stereo online with next day shipping, which did not arrive. Waited til day after delivery was meant to be made to call, to be told the stereo is out of stock and refund will take 3-5 days. My sisters birthday was in 3 days, so couldn’t purchase another item until refund had arrived. My family and I were very disappointed that we were sold something, with next day delivery, when it wasn’t in stock.

Ordered my Sat Nav with all the parts required to fit into my VW transporter. I was advised to get them all as were required so could be fitted correctly. Received a faulty part and was told to remove it and send back,wait two weeks and will decide if I get a replacement or nothing.No help from customer service just fill in form and wait!So no sat nav working. Did not care after taken my money...£750 just put the phone down on me!! Ask for a call from returns manager? Nothing.So be aware if anything goes wrong it’s just tuff,don’t care....leave you to run around to resolve problem. Avoid....

I ordered a radio off this company which was just shy of £400. Upon placing my order I received no confirmation. I waited a week for delivery nothing came so I emailed car audio centre, I received no reply. A few days later I emailed again, I got a response this time asking for my postcode, I replied to this immediately and have not heard off the company since. I have emailed 3 times to try and get in touch. Currently I have no radio and no idea what is going on, looks like I will have to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

Website is fine delivery within 3 days if your ordering from there shop different story don't listen to what they tell you expect 1 week delay from whatever they tell you

First choice Kenwood speakers were out of stock and Car Audi Centre contacted me to let me know, refunded me immediately and once I had selected alternative Pioneers shipped them to me immediately. Good overall service. Thank you
