Good price, extremely prompt delivery and helpful.

Firstly, don’t trust customer services if you need extra parts like fascias. They fob you off with anything and ignore you when you question it. Secondly, I bought a Pioneer DAB radio at a great price and 2 were in stock on ordering. To my surprise, I was emailed a few days later to say they couldn’t fulfil the order, offered an inferior Kenwood or wait until April (1 month). I waited. No-one let me know what was happening. By mid April I rang and was told stock might come in May, despite 5 of these radios being in stock on their website?!? Why are they continuing to take money for radios they can’t supply? I cancelled the order but 6 working days later, no refund has appeared in my account. Perhaps I had a bad experience, perhaps this company is riding on a previously good reputation? Time wasters.

I ordered a reverse camera directly from car audio centre website and they sent a completely different make to what I ordered. I had no knowledge of the exchange item until it arrived so then had to pay to return it for a refund. The website wouldn’t accept my refund request so I had to call the sales line to agree the return before doing so. I am still waiting for my refund.

Called before i ordered to make sure the speakers were in stock and was told they were. Speakers arrived next day. Pleased with the service and would user again.

Company takes orders for items which they do not stock. By now COVID should not be an excuse.

Wrong address on parcel meant I'd paid for next day delivery that took over a week to actually arrive. Parcel was stuck at the mailing centre with no way of getting it out. Tracking info was great though as I watched it bounce around in Bristol everyday. Emailed car audio centre- no reply. Missed appointment to get dash cam fitted so can't even comment on whether product is any good yet.

Service was quick and easy and delivery was on time. Excellent and delighted.
