Ordered a sub and was told it was to be delivered 5 days later. Called after 7 days and was told to wait till the following Monday. Nothing the following Monday, only to be told it was on back order for 8 weeks.

Excellent service and great product. I ordered the In Phase 4 channel 1200w amp. The item arrived next day and the amp is fantastic. This amplifier runs very cool compared to my previous amp. The options for bass boost and 2 or 4 channel input make this very versatile. Sound quality is superb and i will certainly be recommending Car Audio Centre to anyone requiring an in car audio upgrade. Thanks

Although the products are ok the service is not, it took me weeks to resolve an issue with a damaged fascia. I agreed to a partial refund in the end but had to chase it several times and threatened to get my credit card company involved. I'm fairly easy going but this hassle got me pretty wound up.
