Purchased a Kenwood 4 channel Amplifier from this company which I fitted recently using correct power and ground cables and ISO SOT harness so as not to disturb original car wiring. Contacted their Technical support line today as could not get any O/P from channel B despite checking all wiring connections several times. Was met with a gruff 'Hello' not 'How may I help'? Was then asked extremely rudely if I was sure the car had 4 speakers originally!!! Am I sure the car head unit is set to all 4 speakers??? I honestly felt like screaming as it sounded as though he had no clue at all and was reading from a script. This is not helpful at all and I was made to feel like a complete idiot who didn't know what I was doing. I know for a fact that Channel B is not outputting any signal but the arrogant guy said it was my job to prove it by connecting a up a spare speaker to the outputs. He was not willing to listen or understand my problem. It does not take a genius to figure out that If all 4 speakers work fine on Channel A but not on Channel B then it proves anything after the Amp is fine and Channel B is u/s!!! I would not recommend this company. Very angry and disappointed with them and suggest they recruit more competent Technical support with a better attitude towards customers. "Cheers"!!!

Looked on their website for a pair of good budget car speakers and found a good pair that were on sale at a discount. Ordered them with free standard delivery and received the items in good time. The speakers were ideal as a replacement for the original rear mounted ones that were in the car and sounded fine.

Both the product and service from the Car Audio Centre were excellent. The only annoying thing is being constantly asked to do a review. I think there must be something wrong with Trust Pilot's system as I have already submitted a review

Good company to deal with Great price good delivery just be careful with the 'juice' amps low quality products all the dials on both amps was bent and hard to turn. And one did not work but for £50 it was worth the gamble and the other one works until I upgrade both to alpines. In short good company good products good delivery times just avoid the cheaper products and stay brand named
