I ordered the basic speaker upgrade pack for Vauxhall Corsa D 2006-2014 (4x Door speakers, and active sub). The speakers and mounting brackets fitted fine for the front doors (17cm) but were completely wrong for the back doors. The back doors need 13cm speakers, and angled brackets to mount them. I received 4x 17cm speakers (and mounts).

Quality products and great customer service

The assistance I received over the phone for installation advice was really great. Unfortunately this was let down by the parts delivery. Initially I ordered the wrong electrical lead, I corrected this mistake by ordering another on top of the initial order for fixing kit and appropriate loom. The second order arrived, ahead of the first. So although I had the correct lead, I had no fixing kit! When I enquired explaining to the helpful girl over the phone, she informed me the fixing kit was out of stock with no date for a replacement! I therefore cancelled this order which I received an immediate refund. The problem was why did this not flag on order and if I had not made contact, when would they have told me?
