Easy of purchase. I haven’t received my humidifier yet as just purchased. I will update when I do.

Water from cooler developed a metallic taste after a few months of use. Water direct from the bottle tasted fine, literally any water that was run through the cooler came out tasting funny. They instructed me to run lemon juice through the cooler which I did. I flushed out with 5 gallons of water but the water now had a cloudy look. They instructed I clean with vinegar, I did this and ran 5 gallons through but the water still had a funny taste. They instructed me to remove the plug at the bottom of the cooler whilst cleaning with vinegar. I did this and can no longer get the plug to seal properly. I noticed this the following morning when I woke up to 5 gallons of water on the floor. Then I was ghosted by there service team once I started asking for a refund. I would not recommend this overpriced cheaply made POS. I would avoid costway altogether.

Fast delivery, great product and amazing service when an issue came up about power supply. A part was shipped immediately and arrived quickly via UPS. Considering the cost of the products I incorrectly assumed I would experience a low level of customer service but was surprised with how amazing costway handled it. 10/10 would recommend.
