After purchasing, I discovered the truth: it’s all a scam! The item actually shipped from China, taking 25 days to arrive despite their promise of delivery within three days. Their excuse? A fabricated story about the item being "stuck at the US border." This company is deceptive and unreliable. Avoid them at all costs!

Navigating the website isn't super easy. The product we got seems to be as expected. However, the customer service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time. There is online chat and if you get lucky, they might actually answer you. When contacting via email, they are useless and unprofessional. I definitely won't be ordering again due to that alone. It's just not worth the hassle when I come go somewhere that I know has quality customer service even if I have to pay more for the product.
