After response: It’s nothing to do with a faulty driver. It’s being looked at as we speak and the ram also needs reseating. Very harsh response to negative feedback. Laptop keeps freezing dead with display all still on but with absolutely no function. Is it ‘refurbished’? Or simply second hand? Losing valuable work.
