I'd never heard of this company before and found them when searching for refitted laptops. I was a little bit sceptical at first as they had a Dell laptop that was high specification but with a small mark on the outer case. I checked and they were offering it at £1,000 less than the retail price from an outlet I know. I have to say they were excellent at answering my questions on WhatsApp and when I did place the order it was dispatched within 24 hours and I had the laptop at my door the day after. One small extra bonus point is that I live in a rural community and we often have couriers miss our location. I put some notes for the courier in the order comments and Techno Systems printed them out separately on a BIG label on the outer box, making it super easy for the courier to find us. Top quality service. I will be back for a second laptop when the other one in our office needs updating.

Bought a Dell Latitude computer and had it 2 days as I write this review. Purchase was simple, delivery in 3 days, so far it's worked exactly as expected and the info to transfer the remaining Dell service pack and warranty was provided as promised. So far it is impossible to find fault. The fact that the laptop was only 6 months old, a current Dell model and half the price of a new one gives me enhanced reason for delight at present and hope into the future .
