Read other people's reviews and purchased a new laptop. Laptop is working within normal parameters. Marius was/is friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, prompt responses to any questions and delivery was quick. To echo other reviews, would highly recommend!

Excellent and very quick service

I bought a recon laptop at the weekend and it was dispatched to me on the Monday by UPS. I got it the next day as told, on checking it I had a problem with the touchpad buttons so I sent them a whats app message and I got a message straight back saying he had emailed me a return UPS label and that I could have a full refund no problem. I told him that if he could repair it I would like it back, and was told they would come back to me on getting it back. The next day I got a message back saying they had fit a new touchpad keypad and it was all fine and would be sent back to me and I would get it Thursday morning the next day. It arrived as told today and all is perfect now and they sent me a new Dell laptop bag free of charge. I am so impressed with the prompt service and messages and emails I got with no hassle at all and an apology for any inconvenience I have encountered. I would 100% recommend Techno Systems MC to anyone and I will definitely use again.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Knowing roughly what I wanted I emailed customer services and they immediately responded back. Answering my numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble. I ordered my Dell 5490 on Monday and was in possession of it on Tuesday. In a time where I am homeschooling 3 children this is a life saver.
