Wow! Leading up to my purchase I had looked at a number of options. I have had Parkinson's for the past 12 years and I engaged with a number of providers. Purchasing on the net can be difficult, being unable to see the salesman's face. A limited budget is also disadvantageous which is why I wanted to purchase a refurbished laptop. The proprietor took the time to put me at ease with the concept. I phoned again the next day and after further discussion made the purchase. The very next day an immaculate Dell E7470 arrived. I am thrilled with my purchase and wholeheartedly recommend Techno Systems. Like many others who posted - it seemed too good to be true but I can attest that's not the case. I'm very happy with my purchase, performance, packaging and as described - like new. Very responsive on the one query I had, and unlike other refurb sites I visited I could see a lot more about what I was getting before I hit Pay - and I got what was on the photos. One minor comment was that it wasn't obvious to me how to add RAM at the purchase stage - I figured it out later (add it to the basket separately).
