The app is garbage and seems to have been since an update in 2022. Two years later and still same problem with an app that won't go past start page, won't let us (me and 3 other co-workers, different phones, both Android and iPhone, latest version of app and a fast and working wifi or 5G) clock out unless we restart the app at least a couple of times. When my work day ends I want to go home, not stay at the address 20 more minutes just to get the app to work long enough for me to be able to clock out and then have to tell boss to correct the time anyway. And you charge for this crap?

Bruker i hovedsak bemanning og vaktplanleggingsmodulene - godt brukergrensesnitt, enkelt å bruke for både admin og ansatte - drag and drop og andre funksjoner gjør det enkelt å gjøre raske endringer for bedrifter som ikke har faste standardiserte vaktplaner. Gode rapporter og visninger - rask og serviceinnstilt brukerstøtte

Nach dem Kontak haben wir einen Termin vereinbart damit ich die App erklärt bekomme. In der Zwischenzeit meldete sich der Mitarbeiter mit folgendem Satz: ,,Es ist ja nur ein kleines Reinigungsunternehmen, was wird denn überhaupt benötigt?,, So eine Frechheit. Der weiß nicheinmal wie viele Mitarbeiter ich habe und gibt so ein Müll von sich. Desweiteren, so eine Fragestellung erübrigt sich. Der Kunde ist doch gleichwert wie der andere. Auch wenn es nicht so ist, sollte man es dem Kunden so nicht kommunizieren. Diesen Mitarbeiter hätte ich gleich auf Anhieb gekündigt.

Skulle ha investeret i Planday for længst. Den har gjort hverdagen nemmere på jobbet, derudover er servicen fantastisk, de er med dig, indtil du har forstået systemet.

Emma gave us a fantastic introduction PlanDay and although new to the system, it seems to be excellent. We are very pleased.

Our onboarding consultant was great! Pedro was very patient in helping us set our system up as we had no experience in punch clock systems before. The video tutorials and online support have also been extremely useful.

A very poor and expensive service. They tie you on 12 months subscription and you cannot come out of it. There are other apps better than this one. Don’t make the same mistake I made.

tolles Tool, leider hat es ein paar interne Kommunikationsprobleme gegeben. Planday hat sich aber schnell um eine Lösung bemüht, das zählt letztlich. Ich war in der Testphase sehr zufrieden. Aktuell nutze ich es aber nicht mehr. Meine erste Bewertung habe ich nach der schnellen Lösung korrigiert.
