It's so easy to use

Great communication with account manager who will investigate issues if the support team can't, and who is always really helpful and timely and will provide additional support. The schedule, messaging system, document upload and holiday account system has been great, especially for workers who are part-time. The system is really user friendly/easy to use. Permission settings are easy to use and helpful for different levels of seniority. Payroll export is really simple for managers. Rota templates are really helpful. We have been using Planday for approximately seven years and have been really pleased with the system,thank you Planday

I work remotely in California for a medical office in Oregon and every so often my IP address changes and when that happens, I'm unable to get onto Planday, even with troubleshooting on my end for the punch clock. Every so often when this happens, I have to reach out to Support. I get an almost immediate email back that someone will contact me within 48 hrs. Each time though, I've been contacted almost immediately, within the next few hrs from me reaching out. Daniel has gotten back to me on each occasion and continues to troubleshoot/set me back up and he's extremely patient with my not so savvy video chat's. I highly recommend their support team. Jeg har været bruger siden 1. maj 2022. Firmaet jeg arbejder ved havde ikke brugt det optimalt. Jeg har i samarbejde med Plandays konsulenter optimeret Planday. Konsulenternes tålmodighed med alle mine spørgsmål er til et rent 12 tal. Uanset hvilke udfordringer jeg kommer med, så bliver det løst med en tålmodighed ud over alle grænser. Tak for jer
