Excellent service from Matty. We got 29 sq metre of Knavesmire limestone floor tiles in good time. Also Matty is very patient and responsive to emails and always communicates well.

Informed of best day for delivery with a very trustworthy delivery man - who turned out to be the best delivery person I have experienced - asking if I would like the tiles taken around the back rather than curbside delivery. Great aftersales when I thought the wrong item had been delivered - it had not but they were willing to sort it asap if it was. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered 6 crates of Jorvik Limestone with accompanying steps and ancillaries. Matty Heath was the contact and was a pleasure to deal with and calculated appropriate adhesive and grout needed. The tiles were packed well and we suffered no loss in transit. The tradesmen have all commented on the quality of both the tiles and fixing products. Our project was delayed and Natural Stone agreed to store the products and delay transit for many months until we were ready. The tiles look great in situ. A very good service and recommended.

From ordering to delivery it was very easy all involved were very helpful and more importantly the limestone was very good quality and with a very small riven enough to give a nice feature, but not enough like some others I’ve used from other suppliers, l would definitely recommend and use natural stone online again.
