Excellent service, when I told them I need it in a week. They had it shipped out right away. Arrived a little early great service!

The process was easy, the scooter arrived 1 day early and I think it's great! I haven't used the machine yet but am looking forward to it.

I would have given you five stars, but the scooter arrived with “scuff”marks down the side on the left. Not sure how that would have happened unless this is a scooter that was returned by another buyer. Would appreciate follow-up on why we received this scooter instead of one without visible damage. We received the scooter by FedEx today, 8/25/24.

The scooter is excellent. Easy to load in my car, has a voice that lets the rider know what's going on. Very maneuverable inside or outside. Seems really well made. Contacted the company twice - once for extra keys ($22 each!) and once to see if they sell a rear view mirror (they don't). Very quick responses both times. So service is decent. Being used at an assisted living facility. Very happy with the scooter!

Minimal cosmetic damage occurred in shipping, Customer Service basically said live with it.

I started on my new S1 10 days ago after major heel surgery. It's unbelievable. I built ramps and can go most anywhere on my property. In the grass, around the house etc without any worry. It's very sturdy and quite quick if needed. Absolutely. I would recommend this to any friend or person.

I was told a new battery would be $250, turned out to be over $300 which still hasn't arrived yet, they were supposed to send a charger as well but ended up paying almost $60 for it. Should have just bought a whole new cart for what I paid for everything

I love the sturdiness of the scooter. I rides great in grass and around the house. I love it.
