I was pleased with the pre and post order experience. Furthermore the product I ordered did work better than originally expected, as I was assured that it would. Couple of IT gripes: After ordering on-line, I never received any email acknowledgment of the order/reference number as promised at the end. Also when I used the on-line form to make an initial enquiry, I never received a response. Used email to make same query and support was good.

I telephoned them to ask a couple of questions about a product I was thinking of purchasing, and they were very helpful, friendly and clear about the product I was interested in. I bought the product a bit late in the day so I missed that day's pickup for next day delivery, and they even sent me an email to apologise. I got the product the day after.
