Excellent customer service on the end of a phone if necessary, competitive prices with the items I wanted in stock and totally reliable in my experience. Delivery by DPD can be a deciding factor for me in choosing RCB Logic over competitiors all else being equal as I know exactly when the package is arriving. This was definitely the deciding factor with my recent purchase. I had a big delay and chaotic handling by another courier from a different supplier recently, resulting in a four day delay in receiving my package. Not so with RCB Logic - item arrived the following day within the time slot.
