ZoomDoc provided me with such a good service. I was sick on the day of a planned trip and although I had insurance, I had to get proof of sickness in order to claim a refund. I couldn’t even get an appointment with my local GP, never mind getting them to complete insurance forms. Zoom doc provided me with an excellent service and fairly priced considering NHS also charge for such forms; they provided excellent customer service in terms of communication and were able to provide me with doctors note instantly. They were also able to complete an additional form required by my insurance company. And I am happy to say I that got a full refund from my missed event. Definitely recommend to others in such situations.

Quick service, but expensive for what they do

Certificate was received within 30 minutes of submitting the photos and information. It was a very fast and efficient service. I would recommend and would definitely use again if ever needed.

I was able to upload all the required information and receive my medical certificates that are required for my Hurtigruten expedition. I was a little apprehensive as it seemed a lot was required but after speaking to a lovely representative it was very straight forward. The certificates were received very quickly and this then enabled me to complete my partners also.
