Excellent I could not fly and initially was advised this was not an issue by the airline. I was mis advised but ZoomDoc sorted me out. I’ve got bad osteoarthritis in a knee and hurt it before travelling to the airport. Thus couldn’t fly/risk travelling. A lot of painkillers and ice brought it down and the certificate verification allowed me to rebook my flight until well after my knee has been healed.

Insurance company wouldn't accept this letter as had to be from my Dr instead. When told, it was too late to get a Dr's letter so didn't manage to claim anything back at all which was a very expensive pain. In response to you, I did reach out to you two days ago and had a 'sorry to hear that' response. People need to know your paid for products are not guaranteed.

I asked for medical letter to be used for NLV moving to Spain, the letter has not arrived yet. John
