My son got chicken pox whilst we were on holiday in Spain and he needed a fit to fly certificate to be able to fly home. Not sure where to start. We can start by reminding ourselves of how awful the current state of the NHS is, it took me two weeks to get an appointment with the GP where they refused to give me a doctors note since I didn’t have a history of this issue (everyone with a history of something will have a starting point). In contrast, it took me just up to five minutes to get a medical letter using this website! The prices are reasonable when you consider the desperation your in since you’ve come to use this website. The website has been designed excellently and everything is explained clearly. The process of buying your letter, filling out the questionnaire and filming a short video is very quick, that, coupled with the response time meant I got my medical letter in under 3 minutes! My favourite feature is that payment is taken after you’ve received you letter! Finally, everything is legit, the company and the doctors who sign the letters are all ‘lookup-able’ on relevant databases. If you need a medical letter, this is definitely the place, and if I run into any future problems with our lovely healthcare system here in the UK, I will for sure be coming back to ZoomDoc!

I needed some medical certificate to get my travel insurance to refund my cancelled upcoming trip due to illness/injury. As it's impossible to get an appointment with my regular GP in a timely manner (and I would have long recovered from my illness when happening), I used ZoomDoc instead. My travel insurance won't reimburse the trip without a medical certificate from a GP (and they of course perfectly know it's virtually impossible to get from a regular GP). Despite being a Sunday, I received the certificate document in a few hours after submitting the request and video, as well as a personalised email recommending how to address the illness from the ZoomDoc GP (Michael). Couldn't expect a better service.

I paid and never received my appointment or certificate I requested
