Fantastic service and so helpful when the video sound wouldn’t play very patient

When there was a problem it was quickly rectified. Problem with upload of passport. Then just had to resend pdf.

Needed a sick note asap for an arm and hand injury (I work as a Nurse) as my GP was overwhelmed by a lot of patients during the new year so they were not able to get back to me as soon as required but ZoomDoc was able to provide me one within 10mins of sending the request. Pricey but efficient. Thank you!

We required medical certificates for our visa application forms. The website was easy to use and directed us to the correct section. After making payment we were given unique order numbers to open the correct pages to upload our information and submit for review. I received a call within minutes asking to submit additional information and a link to upload the information. After an hour we received confirmation that our certificates were approved and ready online. The originals were received by post the following day. We were very satisfied with the service provided. If they could improve it would be to add more upload links for medical information.

The answer was not positive, but we got the answer fast and were called by Neill immediately.
