I've had a few phone calls with Jo, one of the yoga course tutors. She has been extremely supportive. She gave knowledgeable and helpful answers for every single one of my questions about designing my yoga session plan for the assessment. She has also helped me understand more about how to develop the progressive 6 week yoga class programme. I am enjoying the course.
