Jemma gave a simple but timely answer to an important question in the middle of the Christmas holidays. I could find the answer nowhere else, including FAQs and having it answered helped a lot.

Jo was brilliant, was struggling on a question due to a technical error and she was so efficient and professional as well as having a great sense of humour whilst she sorted the issue for me.

i asked Origym support a question and made a request... Jo immediately had the answer, understood my needs and passed the request on to the admin team for actioning. 2 minutes max and all was being actioned :)
