Just passed my L2 today whoop. The course took me about 7 weeks to complete, it’s very though and has great interactive methods of testing your learning along the way, at 46 it’s a long time since I’ve studied for an exam/ assessment! I completed my assessment with Joe S in Liverpool. Whilst I was prepared, I was very nervous and walking into an unfamiliar gym didn’t help with that. However Joe was super supportive, reminding me to take my time and made me feel much more at ease. Joe also gave me so great constructive feedback to help me on my way. Thanks Joe and Origym… onto L3 now 😁 Top tip would be to try visit the gym if at all possible.

Awful course materials. No understanding of neurodivergence. Dreadful customer service when I tried multiple times to get the resources I needed. Needs an overhaul and training for all HQ staff.

I had a great experience with Origym today in Liverpool , as I passed my Level 3 personal trainer assessment , the assessor Jemma was very approachable and made the experience a lot less daunting would recommend Origym to everyone

Emailed them 2 times requesting information on their bonfire bundle and the black friday bundle via email and their contact form on the website and have been ignored every time. Clearly not interested in new customers.
