Positive atmosphere right from the moment I walked in, very welcoming. My overall experience was perfect thanks to my assessor Hazel Brocken.

I attended the workshops in Edinburgh and Liverpool. I had a great experience in all workshops, gathered plenty of information, the tutors were very knowledgeable and supportive. I was assessed by Abby, very polite and calm, made it comfortable experience during my assessment.

First the instructor came on time. My instructor Chloe was very clear. Gave me all the necessary information to go through the exam, she explained in detail how would be the exam. It makes me feel more confortable to carry on the test. After the test it was the same, explained how was test and very good comments, showed a good knowledge about it.

Jo was great. Made me and my client feel really comfortable from the start and outlined the requirements for the assessment thorough. Was really supportive throughout and gave me some really kind and also useful feedback towards the end.

I have been very impressed with the quality of learning materials and speed of response from the online tutors. I've just had some assistance from Jo who responded via the Chat functionality very promptly and then provided clear supportive guidance in a concise but friendly way. The content has been much more involved than I anticipated but it's been fun to learn and I've enjoyed the mid-module tests along the way too.

I had my practical exams for both Gym instruction L.2 and PT L.3 in Dublin last weekend. Hazel B was my assessor. I was very nervous on the day (naturally) but from the moment I walked in, I felt more at ease. Hazel was warm, informative, professional and just an overall great person to have on a nerve wracking day! She explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had before beginning. Her feedback was precise and very fair. I am very happy that I was lucky enough to have Hazel as my assessor!
