Very good customer service!! I highly recommend this company.

I have purchased a few things previously with no problems. Recently I ordered and paid for an item..a few weeks if not more went by and I had not received it so I called the company and was told that the item I purchased was actually out of stock. A phone call letting me know about that would've been really nice.

So far the company has been better than other chair companies we have worked with. But we scheduled a delivery for the chair to arrive today. It cam yesterday in the middle of clinic flow instead. A bit chaotic but we managed to make it work. Not sure what the point of scheduling a day and time for delivery is.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this company's products. We ordered treatment chairs for our brand new medical spa. They are just gorgeous and the quality of the chairs is beyond our expectations. Customer Service for gifted Touch was incredible. I highly recommend you purchase your medical spa office supplies from Gifted Touch. They aim to please, and that is exactly what they did. My doctors and I are extremely satisfied with these treatment chairs, stools etc... if we could give 6 stars we would! Shipping was fast, the price was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Good company, iffy product We ordered a reclining chair/bed. There was an issue with the delivery where one of the 2 boxes shipped to us was returned to Gifted Touch's warehouse instead of being delivered. Not the company's fault, and they eventually helped us sort it out, but it was a bit of a headache. Then when the 2nd box arrived and we went to assemble it, we had more headaches with the assembly - the wrench included was too small for the bolts we had to use the wrench on. Eventually we got it assembled and so far it works well, but the whole process wasn't as easy as I had hoped it would be.

Received our Facial Chair Intact no damage, works Wonderfully! The color is a nice bright white. The company was quick to process our order and shipping was fast! Thank You!!! Vitalize Med Spa Gilbert, AZ

Owner called me directly. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Table was delivered one day later. Amazing. Great savings! I've used far more expensive tables, and though I do not have a history of use to report (yet) it seems to be more than capable of doing the job!!!! Attractive table, and thing I like best, is the fact that there are no hydraulics involved. These have always been what fails/causes trouble over time.
