I cannot say enough about this company. I had a question about the wattage of the chair and the representative did not know from the information he had available. He made efforts to quickly provide the information. The chair arrived quickly an the instructions for assembly were easy to understand. The chair works great thus far and I am so very happy with this purchase from every aspect.

I have had a wonderful experience with gifted touch. I am a brand new med spa owner, and was looking for an amazing table. I found the kensington pro and I ordered online. The next day, Jeff personally called me and suggested that I speak with manufacturer of the table. I was then contacted by Living Earth Crafts to discuss the table specifications. They upgraded my table and the price actually reduced. I was contacted by Jeff again to let me know what to expect with the delivery. It was a great experience for a novice like myself. I ordered some new items from Gifted Touch, shelving, makeup chairs etc, and Jeff again called me to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed. I love this personal touch, because it is rare to have someone call on the phone to discuss business these days.

Had some issues with my electric spa table . Jeff, the CEO of Gifted Touch was incredibly attentive and on top of the situation until it was finally resolved to my satisfaction! Great company!

Incompetent

I first contacted Gifted Touch in late August to confirm that they had a table (which they listed on their website as available). The table had been discontinued by Earthlite, but the rep I spoke to assured me this table was in stock. I went back a few days later, and was told yet again that they had this table. I thought about it for a few weeks, then decided to purchase the table I had been told twice was in stock. I place the order (which normally ships about 2 days after payment is received) and on the 3rd day, contacted them to see if my table was shipped. I was told they would check and get back to me. A few hours later that same day, I received a call from the owner saying he was sorry, but they never had this table and they'd forgotten to update their website. Now I understand the part about forgetting to update your website store, but I do not understand how TWO different customer reps could assure me GiftedTouch carried this table EVEN AFTER I told them the model had been discontinued by the manufacturer. The owner tried to fix things by offering me a higher priced lightweight table, but I declined. This company REALLY NEEDS TO TRAIN their customer service reps. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they did own up to their mistake.

I was promised my delivery in 5-7 days

I was promised my delivery in 5-7 days. It took ten days , I was not notified of a possible delay. Also when I went on line to check the status of the shipment there was no information available. I had to contact the company for the information. Also, their chat service was available, but they had no information In talking with their customer service, he was only able to send my info to another department. The customer service department could not tell me the status of my order

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! If we could give them negative stars we would. We purchased the Rx4-1000 in November of 2016, and by January we were having multiple problems with the table. The head rest was not secure and wobbled which was not comfortable for patients or anyway to work while trying to do delicate procedures. We have reached out to Gifted Touch multiple times via email and phone. They did attempt to send someone out to fix the chair, but it was NOT a successful repair. The next issue to arise with the chair is the nonstop squeaking when raising and/or lowering the chair. At this point none of our emails are being responded to nor are our phone calls being returned. It wasn't until we threatened to dispute the charges with our bank did we get a response from Jeff Roth, the CEO of the company. At this point he was now willing to work with us on a trade of the chair or an upgrade. After some back and forth, it was settled on a swap which they would not provide a full years warranty on the chair. Since then we have not heard from Jeff or anyone else in the company regarding this. We would not recommend purchasing with this company, and will never do business with them again.

I would like to recommend Giftedtouch. The prize is the best and the assistance that I got from Jeff is the greatest. Very accommodating and always available when you have questions. He'll go an extra mile to assist you. Great job!
