I just wanted to take a moment to spread the good word about Dezrezlegal! The reason I think it's so important is the experience that a) others in my chain had and b) friends and family have had, could, it turns out, all have been avoided. We were introduced to our conveyancers by our estate agent who vouched for them and based our introduction on their vast experience with conveyancers. Having just exchanged I can actually say what a pleasure the experience was. They are incredibly communicative (response times to my anxiety induced messages were about 15 mins to half an hour MAX) which was incredible. They were protective of the property we were purchasing, really digging around and understanding ownership of long forgotten strips of land that would probably have caught us out further down the line. They were kind, too. Twice they just gave me a call when they sensed that I was worrying so they could alleviate any concerns I had. It really felt like they were on our side. I can't recommend them enough. My property was a leasehold which is usually riddled with issues but from start to finish, it was 3 months. That I would attribute to their consistency, focus and commitment to us as their clients. I used them for sale and purchase and would share this same feedback with anyone looking for the same service!

Dezrezlegal are excellent Conveyancing lawyers. We were referred to them by our Estate Agent and never looked back. They were with us every step of process : knowledgeable , supportive and guiding us in correct directions. Staff is helpful and always respond in timely manner. Always available. Communication was always great, i never had any issues reaching my point of contact Rebecca who i would highly recommend. I had two buyers pull out on me, so this was not the most straightforward process but despite this the team were always on top of everything with an efficient service and guidance where needed. I just sold my property using Dezrezlegal. It took almost 6 months since my buyers were using a broker for their mortgage and there were loads of enquiries raised. At the same time I was also buying another property and getting chased by the developer. With both sides pressure although there were stressed moments, Victoria still could handle well and was very patient with each of my question. Not like other solicitors, she was very responsive to my emails, I usually got her feedback within 1/2 day. It was very transparent working with them. I can say this was my best experience out of my few property purchases. I would like to thank Victoria and her team for helping me through this aching period. I have no doubt I will go back to them if I'm gong to buy or sell property again in future.

This was my fifth journey through buying and selling my home and through my estate agent at haus I was recommended Dezrezlegal I am glad I took their advice and used Dezrezlegal quite a complicated move this one but all the team involved dealt with it very well, any questions I had were dealt with promptly and normally almost within 10 mins of my enquiry.
