We have used Dezrez twice now, once for our first house purchase in 2014 and again for our house sale and purchase in 2017. Each time their level of service has been exceptional. Jane, Stacey and the team were always quick to resolve any queries which we had and continually ensured that the process was as smooth as possible. Poor from start to end. A conveyancing company that struggle with accuracy. Multiple errors on legal documents and forms which took multiple attempts to correct even though I had pointed them out. Miscommunication between team members and ignoring emails from other related parties. Complaint passed to a handler who only works 3 days a week. Offered measly compensation and even posted a cheque to me in the wrong name.
