My estate agent recommended using Dezrez and they did the work to sell my property and are currently in the process of doing the work for the property I am buying, this is the 3rd property as the others fell through at he last minute. Dezrez have been professional in the approach and we are completely satisfied with the work they have carried out for us. The surveyor's that they recommended have also been on the ball as well. I do agree with some other reviews that getting thru on the phone doesn't happen first time every time but its a case of try and try again. Katie and her team have superb as is the receptionist Lucy ( I'm sure that's her name). I haven't had any problems with the portal system and the communication from Dezrez has been absolutely fine we get emails, texts and phone calls so no problem there. I have to say that I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I have recently sold & purchase my homes, and Dezrez was recommended to me, I was a little hesitant as I do not live locally to Dezrez, but I have to say, they were very accessible, easy to reach either via email or phone. I honestly don’t know where to start... it’s been absolutely terrible and stressful experience dealing with Dezrezlegal. We read good reviews before going with Dezrezlegal but it definitely isn’t what I expected...they never answer the phone to my estate agent or mortgage advisor. There is a simple enquiry outstanding for my purchasing property but it just kept going back and forth for over 2 months regarding maintenance charge and yet still ongoing which there are plenty of newish houses sold across the UK which will have this enquiry, surely it is not something out of ordinary or new. The lack of communication and now have missed stamp duty relief. I even had to call my lender to get the latest update as I just couldn’t get any info from my solicitors. Today I emailed my solicitor and found they are now on annual leave and will return on the 19th... I will be making a formal complaints due course.

We used Dezrezlegal for selling two houses and buying one. They were very professional and answered every question we had. We were keen to use this conveyancer on the back of a recommendation. The idea digital conveyancer was appealing, however the experience was quite the let down. We were purchasing a property with no chain and not selling a property and the process took far too long. When prompted for Dezrezlegal to engage with the seller’s solicitor to speed up the process, we were told this was our responsibility. The process took an unnecessary three months and the most responsive period of communication we received is when we needed to send them money. When we suggested that we may open a formal complaint the process magically sped up and the exchange was carried out swiftly, but it shouldn’t have taken this. What’s more, the digital platform that the process is supposed to operate through is incredibly slow, unintuitive and looks like software from the late 90s. Unfortunately we will not be using Dezrezlegal again and will seek a more personal conveyancer with whom we’re not one of hundreds of cases.

If I could leave no stars I would!! Absolutely disgusting service, they never answer the phone or respond to emails from our estate agents or solicitors who are dealing with our sale and purchase of properties. Our buyers are currently using these and because of their lack of communication we have now missed the stamp duty relief. We were assured yesterday that we would have a completion date today but yet again have been unable to reach them to confirm this and have been informed that the person dealing with our file is now on annual leave until the 19th. I'll be making a complaint in due course and would advise anybody and everybody to steer clear of these!
