I have only praise for this company and their products! I’ve used the magnesium spray for a long time now, also reordered the repair balm, which I love, and reordered the collagen tablets. I take the spray everywhere (on holidays etc) as it helps with my RLS when flying. Cannot big Harrogate organics up enough!! Oh, and the burner and wax melts are lush!!!!

I bought the magnesium spray after reading the great reviews. After feeling so tired for so long I was prepared to try anything. After a few days I was waking up actually feeling rested and ready to face the day. I am also prone to waking with leg cramps so I now give my legs a few sprays when that happens and it sorts it out. The large spray lasted me a couple of months and I have just purchased my second bottle (along with one for a gift for a friend as well). The purchases come so well presented and the customer service really is second to none. You know you are dealing with a company who care ❤️ I have also treated myself to some Botoxify Stem Cell Lift Moisturiser which I used for the first time tonight. It feels lush! I have been using magnesium at night for many years to prevent muscle cramps (I also take a magnesium supplement). This has been working well for me except for a greasy residue on my sheets! I was hopeful that this non- greasy spray would be the answer. However, on the 2nd night of using I woke to terrible leg cramps :(. So back to my tried & tested routine.

I have been suffering from restless leg syndrome for a few years, which has disrupted my sleep pattern, as I am usually awake for most of the night. I reported it to the hospital and was advised to take quinine. Drinking tonic water (it contains quinine) did not help! I am also taking medication for cholesterol, which is causing me severe leg cramps and joint pain. Searching online, I came across Harrogate Organics magnesium spray and decided to give it a try. Using it once a night for the past four days, my sleep has improved, and my leg is feeling much calmer. To experience the full effectiveness I will need to apply the spray 2-3 times a day as recommended. However, I am under review with my GP and will need to continue with the cholesterol medication for another month.
