Horrid. Bought for insomnia didn’t help get me to sleep and woke me super early and alert. Tried for 2 nights and made me feel horrid

I never usually write reviews, however this is my 3rd order for the Magnesium Spray. It really does make a difference in helping me fall asleep and staying asleep. I ran out of it over Christmas and I have just received my order this afternoon. I would highly recommend this product.

Lovely welcoming shop, the magnesium spray is really good helps relax muscle pains and has a calming effect, I use it every night. Also now have a wax burner with 2 of the scents to burn. Would highly recommend.
