Cannot get them to give me a quote whether it be by website inquiry or phone call. No one will follow up.

I submitted a request for a quote via their website, created a username and everything as required. Never heard an update or follow up. A week later I called the office to inquire over the phone, the attendant said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I'm trying to spend thousands of dollars here and they just don't seem to want money.

Good outcome

It took a little while to get the contract right, which made me nervous about whether or not everything would go as planned. But our service was great. Drivers were friendly. And the buses were nice looking and very clean.

Have not had any communication except for PromptCharters asking me to rate them. Basically inviting a negative review since they can't follow up on my actual inquiry.

They obviously don’t want to do business with anyone.

I have yet to hear back about the quote that I asked for. It has been 5 days. I even called back and asked for follow up and was told that I would get an email right way and still received nothing.

Not responsive

Tried to contact company to get a quote. They were not very responsive and when we finally Booked the bus they called to cancel. Very frustrating. Would not use again.

Never got a contract I could sign as the contract never reflected the terms I required. When asked where you located there was no response. Price continue d to increase daily. Planned tour was ultimately cancelled

The worst customer service and 1000$ Up charge

I tried booking by calling, they told me to send an email in because it’s quicker. I sent 3 emails before calling back and then telling me the same thing. I then tell them I’ve sent many emails already with no reply. They find my name finally and give me a quote for 1600$. I tell them I’d like to move forward. The bill they send me says almost 2600$! Even though it’s about 1000$ more expensive than told, I bite the bullet anyways and send my payment info to them. This was 5-6 days ago mins you. I emailed them about 5 times since looking for some kind of confirmation or receipt to no reply once again. These are the laziest, least helpful people and I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your transportation needs. These people clearly can’t handle what little customer service is expected.
