While shopping for a replacement BiPAP…

While shopping for a replacement BiPAP machine I ran across CPAP DIrect. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful and they offered a discount. The new machine arrived literally overnight. But it was a dud - DOA. Dammit but these things happen. I was sure it was an internal cable unplugged but I resisted attacking the four extraordinary attractive screws and contacted CPAP Direct who sent me a replacement overnight without any of the usual blame the customer, send photos, contact the manufacturer. They sent me a replacement again overnight. I can now sleep in my bed. I was so impressed with CPAP Direct's price and service I sent them a review: The replacement ResMed plastic lung is here and it works to spec. There's a zillion settings but the thing is supposed to self-adjust. I will adapt. Furthermore: any business can gain success by offering satisfactory goods at competitive prices and being sufficiently prompt in shipping. In my thinking, extra merit goes to the company that quickly responds to legitimate complaint and makes immediate remedy without forcing the customer to jump through needless hoops in the process. They are superior in my opinion to what I call "fair weather suppliers." I Based on my experience, I would send anyone in need to CPAP Direct for respiratory apparatus, I will certainly do so.

I received the So Clean and needed…

I received the So Clean and needed adaptor very quickly. All was in good condition. It was very easy to set up and begin using. I have only been using the system for a couple of weeks. It is working as expected.

It can be difficult to purchase…

It can be difficult to purchase replacement parts for medical devices, and so be aware of the no-return policy for opened items. Sometimes one has to "open" a package to see what is inside, and once that's done, only then you actually discover what you purchased isn't what you needed.

Great online CPAP store

There are a lot of CPAP stores to choose from but this one is one of the best. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff, shipping is fast (usually get products within two days) and they have sales on popular equipment. My only negative is they assigned me two different account numbers each time I placed an order. It makes it difficult to keep track of which items ordered.

Rude customer Service

I don't like the customer service.I spent a lot of money for a Philips INNOSPIRE GOPortable nebulizer.I won't recommend this company I hope people read this and shop with a different company if they need to order this item. No Return Policy.
