I placed my order online and quickly got a call from customer service going over my order. The agent suggested an extended warranty, but also advised me that the cleaner I was going to purchase was unnecessary. The cost of goods saved paid for the extended warranty. Great consult, and also the agent helped me with operation and tips. Who knew!!!

It was so easy to order. The machine came quickly. The only suggestion I have is that you make sure to tell people to watch the videos first. Makes it much easier to install.
