A perfect experience for me!! The website is really well organised, the description of each item was perfect. I chose my item's ,paid for them and was sent emails letting me know when the item's were coming etc,the item's came earlier than I thought which was great. Adult son wanted t-shirt with Pink Floyd and picture of pig on it as Xmas present for son. Ordered online - size M. Kept informed about delay in delivery date. Arrived in time for Xmas. Fitted son well - not too tight or too baggy. He's happy!

Ordered a hoodie from here as it was £10 cheaper than the same item from Rough Trade. Dispatch time was given as 7-14 days and it arrived within this time frame.. this is made clear when you order so not a problem at all. Was also kept up to date by e mail as to what was happening with the order. Much prefer to order from here than from larger chain stores.

Great customer service from Icon- I ordered some items fairly close to Christmas, one of which the Post Office seemed to delay- I contacted Tom and he really was very helpful and stayed in communication with me until the item arrived. The quality of the clothes I bought is great, too. Highly recommended
