Great product, and amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered a t-shirt for Christmas in the wrong size. Having realised this a day or two later I rung in and got a really prompt answer on the phone. My order was traced ready for despatch, within minutes, while I was still on the phone. I was assured that the package would be replaced with the correct size and still rushed to me in time for Christmas.

Tom is a great guy who puts customer service at the forefront of everything he does. Bought a t-shirt and a sweater; both of which arrived in a timely manner. I needed to exchange the t-shirt for a smaller size and Tom couldn’t have been more on the ball. I returned the tee and had an exchange sent through. His “newsletters” are a fun read too!

What a gem of a company this is. Tom’s communication is second to none. There was a delay on my parcel and I was kept well informed. Goods arrived well packaged and with a personal note - something you don’t get with the global corporations! Will most definitely buy from here again.
