We had a plumbing emergency with our toilet and contacted PM247. The manager was friendly and said he would find a plumber for us. We had a plumber at our house within an hour who was polite and quickly resolved the main issue. However, another problem arose with the toilet tank shortly after. PM247 sent the plumber back to fix it, but he needed an additional part. He returned the next day and fixed the tank.
