Unexpected delay without compensation.

I was told that they did not have the vanity in stock anymore. and that they had to delay the shipment for 6 weeks. I already had planned to have someone to move it and install it for me at the original delivery date, this person might not be available. However, the service even refused to help me move the vanity inside the building.

What a disappointment this experience…

What a disappointment this experience has been. I purchased a vanity and sink on April 18 which the website indicated was "in stock" and ready for shipment. I received a note that the item was "out of stock" and it would be shipped directly from the manufacturer the first week of May. The first week of May came and went with no updates. Two additional emails to customer service received no response. It is now one month since I ordered the product which was expected within days. The customer service is disappointing. Another disappointment in the 21st century. Edit: June 18, 2018 I contacted customer service on June 6 to discuss, as was asked of me, to contact them to rectify the situation. I spoke to a very nice customer service representative who took down all of my information and told me I would be contacted that day by someone to make the situation right. It has now been 10 days and I have received no other communication. This is 2 months after the original order, which was supposed to be delivered with in one week of the order. Once again, an incredible disappointment. I cannot recommend this vendor based on their customer service record with me.

I am very happy with the vanities

I am very happy with the vanities, I was able to inspect the front of one and back of another because of the way they were loaded and unloaded and they were packaged very well. They appear to be pretty solid. The only negative I have is a that I didn’t get an email acknowledging my order or giving shipping details until after I contacted your company. I had only a screenshot of my order completion and the charge had already been applied to my VISA card but had no other communication which was a little unsettling. Hopefully there is no damage to the portions of the vanities that I am unable to view and I’m excited to see how it all looks when the bathroom reno is complete. Thank you!

Everything was done in a efficient manner, after two day processing, i get a call to set up delivery, which was here the next day. I can't complain

I purchased a James Martin bathroom…

I purchased a James Martin bathroom vanity and the carrera marble countertop. Since they try to deliver these products to a residential neighborhood via semi, there was no way we could have it delivered to our home so we thought we would pick it up at the nearest terminal. When we picked up the items we thoroughly inspected the boxes (I did not think we would have to completely open the boxes on the spot and make the person wait.) so.... we get home and opened them only to find a small chip on the top of the marble top near one of the sinks. So I called customer service and am told that since we picked this up at the terminal they would be unable to help since it could have happened on our way from the terminal to our home. Really?! The item was packaged very well and that seems a bit improbable especially considering the location of the chip. And this is after having waited for them to ship these items after numerous phone calls. The 3-5 day shipping was 8 business days. I will say, once it did finally ship it arrived at the nearest terminal in 2 days. I wasn't asking for a brand new countertop, I just thought maybe they could send someone to repair it. I did not think that was too much to ask. It is unfortunate we now have a chipped top going in our newly remodeled bathroom.

Very good customer service

The original vanity I ordered wasn’t going to come in on time for my bathroom remodel but when I called to see what I could do to order another vanity that they had in stock and ready for delivery the Skokie,IL store was extremely helpful. I was able to get a vanity similar to the original one I ordered and delivered quickly.
