Mostly a very good experience

People were very good to deal with. Product was delivered the day that they said it would be. Looks wonderful. My complaint comes from the fact that there are no printed instructions so everything does not make sense. The website shows "product video" but it cannot be accessed. This slows down the entire assembly process.

Great service!

I purchased a double vanity without a top and two vanity mirrors. The website was easy to use and the options were clear. I received a prompt call to schedule my delivery. On that call the service agent confirmed that I didn't intend to order a top. The delivery driver was very courteous and called me early on the delivery day to give me an approximate ETA. He called again a half hour before he arrived as he offered to do. He was friendly and took care to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He again checked to make sure I intended not to order a top. He removed all packing materials at my request so I could fully inspect my items. The items arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as described on the website.

Love the vanity and mirror

We ordered a vanity cabinet that we absolutely love and the freight company, Conway, did an excellent job of delivering it with no damage. I was so relieved. There was a manufacturing defect that we found the next day and after a not so great start, we did resolve the issue to our satisfaction. We will look here for our master bath next year.
