SCAM COMPANY

Shockingly bad company. Products are utter crap. Arrive bent our of shape and a couple of weeks of use and it now has multiple cracks and holes in it. No offer of a refund and this seems to be a consistent experience from everyone. They don't suggest anyway prior to checkout that they are in Germany. Then if you do manage to get as far as a response from them they'll ask you to return the product for inspection at your own cost, knowing fine we'll that based on the size of the package it wouldn't be worth your while. Never dealt with a worse company in all my life.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Bought a heavy duty mat which cracked within days of me using it. I am 13 stone so not excessively heavy and was using a normal office chair. Floormats UK asked me to ship it back to their factory, IN GERMANY. Cost, nearly £80, nearly 3x the cost of the mat in the first place and they would not commit to refunding Ridiculous. These guys are charlatans trying any trick they can to avoid refunding.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!! The mat was nothing like the colour shown on the website !! Make sure you get a sample before buying. They refuse to reimburse me even though I can never use the mat. The quality of the mat is poor.

Don’t order from this ‘company’!

My experience is identical to those on this page.... I wish I’d seen beforehand! Sent wrong item.... they did send a second right one after complaining but then it cracked within weeks of use, asked me to send back to Germany at my cost! Then silence!

NO STARS!

Wish I'd checked Trustpilot before purchasing from this company. Like many others, the chair mat I bought cracked badly in less than two months. Realise they didn't sent the right mat in the first place. They don't respond via website, phone or email. Have reported to UK Trading Standards and seeking refund via credit card company

Zero Customer Service Support!

Floor Mat heavily cracked after just few months use. Emails are being ignored like others. Wish I had read the reviews here first. The positive reviews on the website are very misleading!!!!!! ************DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!************

PayPal and Floormats UK. A pair of rogues?

Whatever you do, if you are dealing with this company, do not use PayPal. Use a credit card. Apparently, in ordere to prevent me getting back my money for a totally defectice item, this comapany has told PayPal that I am not entitled to a refund because I have made alterations to the item This is a straight lie, but PayPal have accepted their word without even contacting me to ask or check. Which is worse, dealing with this company or paying by PayPal, I wonder.

Beware of Sharks!

I am 73 years old and have never before dealt with a company as bad as this one! My story is similar to all others who have submitted bad reviews this month. After receiving a mat that did not meet the description of the one that I had sent for from the Floor Mats website I was twice cut off when I attempted to phone them and when I eventually did get through by email I was told I could either send the product to Germany at my cost or accept a paltry refund. After subsequently raising a dispute through Paypal I was given a London address (1a Pope Street, SE1 3PR) to which I could return the product. However, this was a waste of time and money, as Parcel Force were unable to locate the firm at this address. I have since found that the UK Address Book states that there are 19 companies registered at 1a Pope Street, 7 of which are active and 12 dissolved. Needless to say, neither Floor Mats UK or Dayton Home and Office are among the active ones! Their current business model is clear: supply a substandard product at well above cost price and then put numerous hurdles in place in the hope that the customer will give up through frustration. In my book this amounts to fraud and I will be pursuing them accordingly.

Don't buy anything from this company.

Don't buy anything from this company. I never normally bother leaving reviews but I've taken the time to signup and leave a review this time because of my experience with this company. I bought a floor mat to go under a desk and it cracked and split within a couple of months. I used the contact us form on their website, I've emailed them, I've called them on their number selecting their customer service option numerous times and also selected their sales option to see if that would work. Absolutely nothing from them at all. A message up on their website would have been good if they're experiencing problems but again nothing. Calls to their number appear to be answered but there's no sound. Buying from this company has been a complete waste of time and money. You can judge a company by what they do when things go wrong.
