No info provided on dispatch or tracking. Dont answer phone or reply to emails. Never received my order and have told them not to bother sending, will buy elsewhere. Doubtful they will reply. Looks like II will have to open a dispute at Paypal.

Rubbish matt from despicable company

Purchased a floor mat in April for £56 .What a load of rubbish , has cracked all over. Tried to contact through Ebay no response , presume they have been struck off. From reading other reports it seems a waste of time trying to get a replacement or money back. Do not purchase anything from this company !!!!!!!! Reporting them to Trading Standards

Rubbish products and no redress

Further to my review in early September, my floor mat is now cracked all over and starting to disintegrate into small pieces. I have discarded it today, after four month use. I hope the replacement (made in UK not Germany!) will do better.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company I purchased a floor covering mat two years ago to protect carpet from effect of computer chair and it has been great so had no concerns ordering a second mat in July 2020. The mat cracked within 8 weeks being used 2-3 times a week. I have emailed 3 times, tried to phone 3 times and you are cut off after 6 minutes. I have also used their website feedback page, all to no avail. The company promotes its wish for good customer experience and says it responds within 4 hours on working days - NO IT DOES NOT. I am very disappointed and will be informing Trading Standards

Poor quality item and poor customer service.

Floor mat started to disintegrate after only a couple of days. Company want me to pay to return it to Germany before even being considered for a refund, even then postage not covered. Poor quality item and poor customer service.

Ordered 3 Pro Series computer chair…

Ordered 3 Pro Series computer chair mats, they sent 3 eco ones, both cheaper and a lesser quality. Contacted customer services was offered a 16% discount, still higher than the eco mat price, then changed there mind and said they had sent the correct item, I have the pro series so I know this is incorrect. 3 emails later no response and 4 calls that just ring out. Terrible company.

Do not use this Company to buy a floor mat

I purchased a floor covering mat in August 2020 to protect my carpet when using my study chair. After7 weeks it cracked. I have emailed 3 times, tried to phone 4 times and used their website feedback page. All to no avail, the company do not answer. Not not use this company Nick C Oct 2020

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money on a floormat that has cracked within 8 weeks. No response from any emails and I won't bother chasing any more as clearly I am not going to get anywhere!

Same experience as previous reviews re PRO series floor mat. Contacted twice via their contact form, no reply. No answer when I phoned, so emailed. They refused a refund and offered a discount. They said it wasn't faulty when I provided photos. I reminded them of consumer laws several times and eventually was told to send it to Germany at my own cost. Basically making it very hard to get my money back. I then saw these reviews and have stopped communicating with them as they are clearly a corrupt company. Ive no doubt that if I sent it to Germany, they would tell me its not faulty or find another reason to not give me my money back. I've raised a payment dispute with my bank (paid by debit card).

My experience is exactly the same as the other reviewers. I ordered a plastic mat which was said to be suitable for use with a carpet in July , and it started splitting in September. I emailed to complain with photos and have called at various times and had no reponse at all. The company's phone message says that your call is very important, and then cuts off after a while. AS another reviewer said I hav eonly given this company one star as it's not possible to give less.
