DO NOT USE - terrible quality, terrible service

Wish I’d look at trust pilot first! Lesson learned. Just bought 3 chair mats for carpet floors and in less than 10 days use one of them has cracked. Company insisting I return for inspection and then will email me with a decision after they’ve checked it. They are basically ignoring my consumer rights. I sent them photos, there is no need for inspection, the product is defective by definition as it is not fit for purpose, it cracked almost all the way across within 10 days! I can’t roll it up to send back as it will split in half! They can then say I damaged the product, avoiding a refund. I put this to them and asked them how to get round this issue, (suggested they pick it up) and they just keep ignoring what I’ve said and won’t resolve the issue. I haven’t used the other two mats I bought yet, but after reading the other reviews I have a strong feeling they will do the same once they get some use. I have zero confidence in the quality. It looks like I’ll have to contact PayPal as the company refuse to take responsibility for their faulty goods. Update - the other 2 mats bought have also split. Terrible quality, not fit for purpose. Complete waste of money. Also company is misleading. It is not a UK company at all as it’s title suggests.

Poor product and customer service

I purchased a polycarb floor mat to protect my carpet. it was rated as heavy duty, upto 16 stone. I weight 12stone, and it cracked within a month. I contacted the company and they asked me to post it to Germany (at my expense) for them to examine the product. Even though they have "a major operation in the UK" (according to their website) I provided multiple pictures of the crack, offered more and even a video of the damage. But they refused. I strongly recommend avoiding this company, the product is inferior quality and the customer service is very poor. They have now also stopped responding to my emails.

Terrible product

Terrible product. Took longer than advertised to arrive, packaging not sealed properly and product cracked within 3 weeks. As with other reviews, told to return to Germany at my expense so sent photographs which have been ignored. Informed Trading Standards Since my review the Trading Standards have advised that obviously the company is German and so they are unable to take this further under UK law, but to contact the UK European Consumer Centre

Appalling product quality

like many other reviews on here, my £60 floor mat cracked in multiple places after 4 weeks of use and is now useless. Customer service response is for me to send it back to them at my own cost even though i have sent detailed pictures clearly showing the issues. The products are rubbish and not fit for purpose!

Useless company and would not recommend

I have had the same experience as many other people, the mat cracked after only 2 weeks of use and the company expect me to return the mat to Germany at my own cost which is a breach of The Consumer Act 2015. When I told the company this and asked whether they will provide a return label or will reimburse me for the return postage they stopped replying to my emails. Useless company and would stay clear! I have now disputed the payment with PayPal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My experience was like Tony's. The mat cracked after just 1 month of normal use. They demanded that I send it back to Germany at my expense. Of course the shipping cost was much higher than the price. So no recourse.

*** AVOID *** Rating my experience at 1 star is being generous. After light use, my (£65) mat has also cracked in multiple places, and their support requested I return it to Germany for "defect inspection" at my own cost. They are now ignoring my emails, so I guess that's my money down the drain.

Really poor experience.

Really poor experience. I requested after a floor mat I purchased cracked with 4 weeks of purchase. When I contacted customer service they advised they wouldn’t refund or replaced as 30 days had passed. When I requested a replacement; they offered me 20% off the purchase price. As a result I’ve raised a payment dispute with my card company.

Desk Mat cracked

Desk Mat cracked, but the company would not respond to telephone or e-mails. Totally unprofessional and looking at other reviews this seems to be the norm for this company. A company to be avoided.
