Ordered a mat, money taken but no delivery information sent. Chased for an update and received the wrong delivery tracking details. Query tracking details again, no response on email. Ring up to find out correct tracking details, only to be told delivery was attempted today, except apparently I wasn't home when in fact I have been here all day. Ask them to contact courier - they hang up. Beware of this company, if you manage to get a seamless order, no problem. If they make an error or there is an issue, absolutely no help at all. Shameful and disgraceful customer service.

Still waiting for my £800 order or refund nearly 11 months on.

Reasonably quick delivery, but a little disappointed as I thought I had ordered a transparent mat, but received an opaque one. Not prepared to pay to send it back, so will have to put up with the disappointment. No complaint about the product though. The chair glides over the surface and the mat, so far, stays in place.

Exactly what l wanted.the colour went well with my floor tiles and the depth of the thickness was just right.

Absolutely delighted with the computer floor mat. Good and strong but unobtrusive. Was really pleased I could cut it to size with ordinary scissors. It will save my carpet from deep dents from the chair wheels. Fast delivery too. It was rolled into a tube but quickly flattened out.

They arrived on time, were easy to put out and look great. They do the job and I would definitely buy more of these in the future if needed. My only criticism is that they come rolled up tightly and you have to be careful when opening them as they spring open very fast.

Delivery fine. The carpet protector lasts only 4 years before breaking up in pieces.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided and the product. it was one day late on the five-day delivery. The mat I ordered was only a small order but it greatly improves the porch area where we wanted to place it. Not too expensive either. We'll wait to see the effects of age. Ask me again in twelve months time.
